I also read this in Russia, and there were many physicians practicing ginkgo biloba extract. I found it curious that Dr. Konstantinov contains it here as a helpful wellness supplement because it’s extremely controversial. The fact he acknowledges that and writes about it makes me wonder what exactly his motives are.

But more research is needed to know whether these results are valid or not, particularly as there are still numerous doubts regarding side effects.
